Please read these terms carefully before using adgeeks.co or buying any service from Adgeeks.
1. About us
Adgeeks is a brand owned and operated by Accoladesigns, Mumbai, India (“Adgeeks”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits adgeeks.co, requests a free audit, buys a plan or service from us, or uses our client portal. By buying a service or using the portal you agree to these terms on behalf of the business you represent.
2. Our services
We provide digital marketing services, including search engine optimisation (SEO), answer engine optimisation (AEO), generative engine optimisation (GEO), performance marketing, content, creative and strategy work. What is included in your purchase is described on the plan or pricing page at the time you buy, or in the written proposal we send you.
Monthly plan allowances (for example tracked prompts, content pieces or placements) are shown in your client portal and do not roll over to the next month unless agreed in writing.
We use third-party platforms (such as Google and AI assistants) to deliver and measure our work. Their results vary and they can change their features at any time, so we report trends over time rather than single results.
3. No guaranteed rankings
Search engines and AI assistants are controlled by third parties, so no one can guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level or mention. We commit to delivering the work described in your plan, with full visibility of that work in your portal.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your business, products and claims.
- Provide the account access we need (for example Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and your website) and keep it working.
- Review and approve content and changes within a reasonable time — delays on your side can delay results.
- Make sure anything you ask us to publish is lawful and that you have the rights to it.
- Do not ask us to use spam tactics, buy links, post fake reviews or make misleading claims. We will decline such requests.
5. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are shown on our website or in your proposal and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, from the date of your first payment.
Clients in India pay in Indian rupees (INR) through Razorpay, with 18% GST added, and receive a GST tax invoice. Clients outside India pay in US dollars (USD) through PayPal; these services are normally treated as an export of services and zero-rated for GST where the legal conditions are met.
Card, UPI, net banking and wallet details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
If a renewal payment fails we will notify you and retry. If it remains unpaid for 14 days we may pause work and portal access until it is paid.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. New subscriptions come with a 7-day full-refund guarantee on the first payment. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may end the service with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if these terms are seriously breached, and will refund any prepaid fees for work not yet delivered.
7. Delivery of services
All our services are delivered digitally — nothing is physically shipped. How and when work is delivered is explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. Ownership of work
Once paid for, the content, reports and other deliverables we create for you belong to you, and you may keep using them after you leave. We keep ownership of our own tools, methods, templates, software and the client portal.
We may mention you as a client and share anonymised or aggregated results. We will only publish your name, logo, results or quotes with your written permission.
9. Confidentiality and data
We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to provide our services. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits), or for changes made by search engines, AI providers or other third parties. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your written proposal says otherwise.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and we will tell active clients about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
