We want you to be confident buying from Adgeeks. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our plans and services.
1. 7-day full-refund guarantee
Every new subscription plan comes with a 7-day guarantee. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, for any reason, we refund 100% of that payment, including GST charged on it.
Anything we delivered during those 7 days — such as your baseline report, roadmap and any fixes already made — is yours to keep.
2. How to cancel
Cancel from the Billing page of your client portal, or email [email protected] with your registered email and business name. No form or call is needed.
3. Refund timelines
Refunds within the guarantee are started on the day we receive your cancellation. Once started, the money is credited back to your original payment method:
- India (Razorpay) — cards, UPI, net banking and wallets: usually within 5–7 working days.
- International (PayPal) — usually within 3–5 working days, depending on PayPal and your card issuer.
Refunds are made in the currency you paid in. We cannot control exchange-rate differences or fees applied by your bank.
4. Cancelling after 7 days
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then and you will not be charged again.
Fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we have failed to deliver the service you paid for.
5. One-off services and custom projects
One-off add-ons and services (for example content pieces, placements, audits or setup projects) can be cancelled for a full refund before work on them starts. Once work has started, we refund the value of any work not yet delivered.
Custom (Constellation) plans and agency retainers follow the refund terms written into their proposal or agreement.
6. Conditions
- The 7-day guarantee applies once per business and per website.
- It applies to the first payment of a plan only, not to later renewals.

Our services are digital and delivered online, so there are no physical products to return.
